IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE TURKEY ORGANIZATION

OFFICIAL 15-BANKING-DAY COUNTDOWN PROCESS HAS STARTED

Respected Turkey Presidency, Provincial Chairs, Sector Chairs, and Valued Executive Colleagues,

We have reached an extremely critical stage in terms of corporate structuring and financial activation regarding the NBBTC GLOBAL economic development architecture, which we have been working on for many years.

As of today, I have initiated the official 15-banking-day target and follow-up calendar aimed at completing our international financial transactions.

During this process, following our meetings with international banking executives and top management of the stock exchange—one of the world’s largest financial institutions—the source of funds, legal bases, financial collaterals, and blockage procedures will be evaluated.

Subsequently, it is anticipated that the original contracts will be delivered to me, signed in the presence of a notary, returned to the relevant institutions, and banking procedures will be completed.

Upon acceptance of the contracts and official blockage procedures by the relevant parties, the goal is to proceed to the first financial transfer phase.

The 15-banking-day period is the official working schedule we have established for the completion of all these procedures. The final execution depends on the approvals of the relevant banks and the fulfillment of the contract terms.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OUR TURKEY ORGANIZATION

From this date forward, I request all our executives to initiate the following preparations without delay:

1. Provincial Chairs

• Must re-evaluate the economic potentials, investment areas, production capacities, employment opportunities, and priority needs of our 81 provinces.

• Each province must prepare its own investment and development dossier, identifying actionable projects, local stakeholders, and required corporate collaborations.

2. Sector Chairs

• Must convert project ideas, investment priorities, international trade opportunities, and employment-generating activities applicable to their responsible sectors into a concrete action plan.

3. Human Resources and Organization

• All executives must review their current teams, clarify duties and responsibilities, and identify vacant positions.

• Merit, professional competence, corporate discipline, and a sense of responsibility will be the basis for new appointments.

4. KOBİPLUS and Digital Ecosystem Preparations

• Necessary organizational preparations must be made for field applications of KOBİPLUS, TradeOS, NBBTC.AI, and our other economic models.

• Working networks to be established with companies, producers, exporters, investors, and professional organizations must be determined.

Note: Real user registrations and economic transactions will only be launched after the security and live-use approvals of the respective systems are completed.

5. Public Institutions and Local Collaborations

• Preliminary preparation dossiers must be created for activities to be conducted with Governor’s Offices, municipalities, universities, chambers of commerce and industry, and relevant public bodies.

• All contacts will be carried out within official authority limits and in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.

6. Discipline, Reporting, and Corporate Responsibility

• Every executive must document the preparations in their area of responsibility in writing and submit them to our Turkey Presidency.

• At this stage, no executive shall make any financial commitment on behalf of the institution or give definitive payment/investment dates to third parties based on unconfirmed financial resources.

WHY ARE THE UPCOMING 15 BANKING DAYS IMPORTANT?

Because this period is not merely a timeframe in which we await the conclusion of our financial transactions.

It is simultaneously a corporate mobilization period during which our Turkey organization transitions from the planning phase to execution readiness.

While we manage the financial and international contract processes, you must complete your operational preparations on the ground. When financial activation occurs, we must not lose time restructuring or searching for projects.

What will be done in which province, which sector will undertake which project, who will assume responsibility, and which initiatives will be launched first must all be determined now.

IMPORTANT PERSONAL NOTICE

Over the next two weeks, I will be on an extremely intensive schedule due to international banking meetings, contract executions, notary procedures, and strategic partnership endeavors.

Therefore, I may be unable to respond in a timely manner to some messages and individual requests sent to me.

During this period, I expect understanding from all our executives and kindly request that you maintain your corporate communication through our Turkey Presidency.

While I focus on international financial and strategic processes, I expect you to focus on corporate and operational preparations in Türkiye with the same level of seriousness.

We now expect every executive not merely to represent their post, but to produce concrete work corresponding to their duty.

We are entering a crucial period to implement the economic development models we have been preparing for years. The successful outcome of this process depends on the preparation, discipline, effort, and sense of responsibility of us all.
